I started working out with Liz at Umojafitness in Columbia heights. My main problem was stretching and flexibility. I really wanted to incorporate that into my exercise program. Liz and her co-trainer Jay helped me  realize how important it was to stretch especially after a rigorous workout. Two years later I still practice the same principles. This has reduced the knee pain I  experienced before. I love working out with the trainers at  Umojafitness .
