I  trained with Liz for roughly 2 years starting with sessions . We trained privately at my house and at her studio.

Liz helped me slim down 2 pant sizes over the course of our training and got my much more confident to try other athletic activities. I started taking circus arts/aerial as well as participating in a martial art called capoeira.

Liz was creative in taking non-gym spaces and  creating weight or body-weight exercises to gain strength. She’s a good motivator and trainer.
